With one of the most recognisable smiles across the gym, Joey's sessions combine structure, intensity and energy, designed to challenge individuals while keeping training engaging and accessible.
For Joey, training is more than just physical. It’s a mental practice as much as a physical one. He encourages people to stay present, push through discomfort and build resilience. Joey describes training as a form of active meditation where focus, discipline and self-awareness come together to help people not just perform better, but live better.

Your retreat price includes accommodation, all meals, and the full retreat experience - including training sessions, recovery sessions, and scheduled activities. Additional personal purchases, such as coffees or incidentals, and travel to and from the retreat are not included.
Yes - there is free time built into the retreat for rest, recovery, and enjoying the property. While the itinerary is thoughtfully curated, activities are not mandatory, so you can move through the weekend in a way that feels right for you.
Yes - the retreat is designed for a range of fitness levels, from beginners through to more experienced participants. Our coaches will guide each session and offer modifications where needed, so you can take part in a way that feels both challenging and appropriate for you.
No - all activities are optional. We encourage guests to take part fully, but part of the retreat experience is learning to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.
